Delete your account

You can delete your FakeLife account, its reports, and the media stored for those reports in the app.

Delete in the app

1. Open FakeLife and go to Account.
2. Choose Delete account and confirm. If a check is running, wait for it to finish and try again.
3. The app removes the account, reports, and associated stored media, then returns to onboarding.

If you cannot access the app, email support@usejovita.com from the address used for your account. We may ask you to confirm ownership.

What deletion covers

Account details, report records, and associated uploaded media are removed from the active service. Transaction or operational records may be retained only where needed to resolve purchases, prevent misuse, or meet legal obligations. Removing a public R2 object stops future reads from our bucket, but cannot erase copies others have downloaded.

Delete one report instead

Open Reports in the app and choose the report’s delete action. The app removes that report and its stored media while keeping your account.
